We constructed the balcony  from oak felled from our own woods and it has been a great addition to the house providing a place of relaxation, sunbathing, reading, evening drinks or morning breakfast...    For those who love nature this is a superb place to watch the red kites and deer - who if you remain quiet, will come and visit right under the balcony early morning and evenings..  The balcony has now weathered and looks a natural part of the house and grounds.   Accessed through French doors from the first floor.

AND sunsets and sunrise are absolutely stunning - not forgetting the skies and night stars that are some of the most beautiful we have seen in the world...
