We comfortably sleep 8 in the main house with super king size bedroom  and king size bed on the first floor, plus a  double bed on the mezannine. There is a  further double bedroom  on the ground floor with direct access to a patio and the pool.   Adjoining this is a separate wc and shower room.

Our beautiful large oak dining table comfortably seats 8/10 or why not  bbq outside under the shade of the sumachs ?

The downstairs bedroom is set  next door to a separate toilet and newly fitted shower room.  Basically giving this rooms its own ,'en suite'.

An outside door leads directly onto a private terrace, with terracotts pots and coffee table and chairs overlooking the pool and central courtyard.

A great place to sit and catch the sun..

One of the many great little 'places' to get away and sit and read should you choose.  

A door leads onto our hand built oak balcony from which there are far reaching views.   A great place to see the deer and wildlife from.

Fully fitted kitchen including gas hob, electric fan assisted coooker, large American fridge freezer with water and icemaking facilities, dishwasher and of course washing machine. (All appliances available by separate negotiation)

This is approached from a useful entrance hall with coat and shoe storeage.
